Return & Replacements


  • Within 9 days from the date of delivery, Return/Replacement & Refund are accepted.
  •  In case of Returns/Replacement buyer pay all the shipping cost.
  •  The product must be returned in the original packing and should be as good as new not damage.
  • Return / Shipping charges will not be refunded unless there is a item defect or our mistake in the order.
  •  You need to send email photos the defects product before availing Return/Replacement.

Non-Refundable / Un-exchangeable

  • Full Customized & Made to Measure gear and any customized Regular Size are not refundable or exchangeable.

How to Return / Refund

  • First of all get an approval for Return/Replacement by emailing us on
  • Provide you Name, Order Number and provide us the defect detail or issue with the item ( images recommended ).
  • We will provide you the return address, once you get the approved for Return/Replacement. we recommend to use a recorded-delivery service.
